Ubuntu Swahili Translation

Hi Ubuntu-ke,

I have created an Ubuntu Swahili Translators group on Launchpad which has
been listed as the official Swahili Translation team. Please login into
launchpad and join the team.

There are about 330,000 strings to be translated so we have ALOT of work to
do. The more people we can get to join in, the better.  I think we should
concentrate our translation efforts on ubuntu dapper, as canonical
recommends. Your thoughts on this please.
