As per the IRC meeting we had last sunday (Feb 18th), I promised to make this post regarding an article that's supposed to apear on a daily. I have managed to get The Standard newspaper and these are my proposals;
1. Why is the development of OSS slow or stagnant in Kenya?
2. What will drive the adoption of OSS in the SME segment ( politics or economics)?
3. What is OSS and Ubuntu for that matter?
4. Is there any glass ceiling barrier to the adoption of OSS?

Remember that this is the outline and my personal opinions, if you feel there is something to add feel free to reply. The article I'm told is to be ready at the end of this week or if latest next week.
