[ubuntu-jp:4815] Ubuntu14.04 のISOイメージを作るには？

Ubuntu14.04日本語Remix amd64 環境で
http://archive.ubuntulinux.jp/ubuntu/pool/main/u/ubuntu-defaults-ja/ubuntu-defaults-ja_14.04-0ubuntu1~ja5.tar.gz
を使って変更せずにISOイメージを作ってみたところ、以下のログの状態で終了 
しました。

を参考にしたのですがどこか設定等で足りない所があるのでしょうか？
教えていただけると嬉しいです。
