It's just an event held every year by the University, they hold conferences, sometimes they do exhibitions, presentations.. etc. Last year, Eskadenia came and gave a presentation about a new technology that they developed to help students register their courses, check their marks, and more, right from their cellphones. Ya know, stuff like that..
