Sono garantiti gli aggiornamenti di sicurezza e questo è sufficiente. Visto che dovrebbe contenere solo il software adatto ai servizi che deve offrire non è che devi avere, è un esempio, l'ultima versione di LibreOffice (anzi non ce la devi proprio mettere, perché non ti serve).</p>
<p style=" margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; -qt-block-indent:0; text-indent:0px;">Solitamente il server, una volta configurato a dovere, si deve mantenere com'è, salvo gli aggiornamenti critici e di sicurezza, quindi non avrai problemi di aggiornamento (tipo le desktop, per intenderci).</p>
<p style=" margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; -qt-block-indent:0; text-indent:0px;">Il fatto che escano versioni server ogni 6 mesi è dovuto a kernel più aggiornati e, credo, anche alla politica di Canonical. Comunque anche per i kernel vengono rilasciate patch di aggiornamento che chiudono le eventuali falle, quindi non dovresti avere problemi...</p>
