poi lanci
  ant dist
  ant post
  ant run

ma non ti conviene compilare scarica i binari già compilati al link seguente
http://sourceforge.net/projects/freemind/files/freemind-unstable/1.0.0_Beta7/freemind-bin-max-1.0.0_Beta_7.zip/download
poi lancia i comandi seguenti
mkdir freemind-bin-max-1.0.0_Beta_7
cd freemind-bin-max-1.0.0_Beta_7
unzip ../freemind-bin-max-1.0.0_Beta_7
chmod +x freemind.sh
./freemind.sh
