Andata grazie, ho ancora un problema che già avevo affrontato ma ora non 
funziona più.
Sto cercando di lanciarlo da lanciatore io uso gnome-do.
Apro menu principale (o alacarte)  gli do un nome e nel comando 
inserisco questo percorso
/home/lucio/freemind-bin-max-1.0.0_RC_4/freemind.sh ma non funziona ho 
modificato il percorso ma niente

Freemind c'è l'ho nella home
