[ubuntu-it] problema creazione cd e dvd

Ok, ho tirato giù una vecchia discussione (che non si potrebbe fare), ma
forse ho trovato la soluzione (almeno per me, spero per tutti).

Il problema può essere dato da diversi fattori, nel mio caso era il
primo:

1. Cavo non U-ATA66 e velocità troppo elevata: alcuni masterizzatori
richiedono un cavo a 80 pin (U-ATA66) per raggiungere alcune velocità di
trasferimento dati (io ho abbassato la velocità, appena posso
sostituisco il cavo). Questo ovviamente per i dispositivi IDE.

2. Firmware dispositivo non aggiornato. Sinceramente non mi è ancora
capitato, ma in giro ho trovato cenni ad un eventuale problema con FW
troppo vecchi.

3. Firmware altri dispositivi (BIOS, ecc.) non aggiornati: solo
un'ipotesi, non l'ho mai verificata...

Chi avesse masterizzatori SATA potrebbe provare a vedere la versione del
masterizzatore ed eventualmente aggiornare il FW.

Dovrei avere un PC con un masterizzatore S-ATA su cui fare delle prove,
se riscontro problemi provo a ri-flashare il fw del masterizzatore...
