Hai installato i linux-headers corrispondenti il tuo kernel? 
Oppure se c'è stato un aggiornamento del kernel, li hai aggiornati, ed hai aggiornato il link simbolico /usr/src/linux facendolo puntare ai nuovi headers?

comunque, il comando potrebbe essere: make dato all'interno della cartella che contiene i driver da compilare, per averne la certezza, prova a leggere un file README o INSTALL all'interno della cartella dei driver. Lì ci dovrebbero essere tutte le indicazioni per installare.
