i gateway sono un po tanti...
o ci hai giocato tu oppure è un po' incasinato.
prova a fare :
sudo ifconfig eth1 down
e se non basta
route del default gw eth1

poi ricontrolla :
route -n
dovrebbe essere tipo :
Destination     Gateway         Genmask         Flags Metric Ref    Use 
Iface
 > 192.168.30.0    0.0.0.0         255.255.255.0   U     0      0 
  0 eth0
 > 0.0.0.0         192.168.30.1    0.0.0.0         UG    0      0 
  0 eth0
