[ubuntu-it] help installazione software

Ciao a tutti,
se qualcuno puo' aiutarmi ve ne sono grata...
mi devo installare un software che gestisce immagini astronomiche...
il sito e':
http://www.starlink.rl.ac.uk/store/storeapps.htm
in particolare si tratta del software GAIA .. prendo il file senza sorgenti 
(built for PC linux without source)
seguo i comandi che bisogna fare (sh nomefile)...
ma alla fine mi da questo errore:

e si blocca qui....

Premetto che questo software sullo stesso pc con la redhat funzionava 
tranquillamente....

se avete qualche idea (o volete provare a scaricarlo per vedere se vi da lo 
stesso errore)....
