I wasn't saying #ubuntu-irc was not useful, it's fine in it's current
state, but we seem to revisit the purpose for #ubuntu-irc on a regular
basis, trying to find a new use for it, if we need to keep trying to
find a new use for it, then it maybe time to consider it a waste. I have
no issue with it in it's current state.
