I have not copied any of this thread's previous content because it is
time, in my opinion, that we move on.

Behavior was less than perfect on both sides and that is not in
question. What is in question is how best to move forward. Continued
bickering about who said what and if they were justified should end
here.

What do you feel you could have done better?

What do you feel could have been done better by the operator?

Please do not editorialize, just put down how we can move forward
without any need for placing blame.
