Ubuntu Online Summit IRC bot request

Hi,

I've asked on irc a couple of times but nobody seems to have a good
answer to this so I'm firing at the list in the hope someone else
does.

In the past at UDS / UOS we would have a bot in channels such as
#ubuntu-uos-server1 which would announce the start and end of
sessions. We have UOS 15-05 coming up in a couple of weeks and we'd
like the bot in a bunch of channels.

Can someone tell me what this bot is/was, and who runs/ran it, and how
we can get it in those channels?
