For the record, I share this sentiment (and we had most of my wife's
family directly and terminally affected by such events).
But, even then, I cannot blame 'dictator' and 'blitzkrieg', and others.
These are generic-enough words.
I will draw the line, though, if things escalate. But then it would
already have gone beyond our guidelines, and moderation will kick in
anyway.
