#ubuntu-ops and the IRC team culture

Id also like to note that while Rohan's initial experience was somewhat
rough, the ending was very positive for him and resulted in him intending
to become more active and more involved in Ubuntu.
Overall I think things are close to a correct balance as these sorts of
issues come up rarely, and usually things are fairly peaceful for such an
active vibrant set of channels. I think that Pricey is right and things
just need to calm down a little bit an bans and/or quiets should be used as
a last resort only but that is not a particularly large issue.
Again, not a member of the IRCC or OPs, just a interested and independent
3rd party!
