we had the team meeting, minutes are here:

There was a discussion around the issue of logging, there was a clear 
concensus that we were satisified with the current situation. It is a 
topic that re-emerges every now and again, and we would be happy to 
consider it again in another development cycle or two, there might be a 
different concensus then.
