team meeting today

Hi all,

our regular IRC Council and operator team meeting is today at 20:00 UTC 
which is in about 2 1/2 hours from now.

I don't know if anyone wants to discuss thoughts around the logging of 
our channels and the state of the archives, but this would be a good 
time to have such a conversation if you think it merits further discussion.
