Hi all,

I didn't mail the list with the minutes of the last couple of IRC team 
meetings that were held, so for those who missed them, here they are

Highlights include awarding Ubuntu Membership to Elián Hanisch (m4v) \o/

we also discussed a proposal to alter the floodbot kick+ban behaviour 
for webchat users who flood. I would encourage anyone who has an opinion
