I was an #ubuntu/etc op for five+ years, let my Launchpad
operator-team memberships lapse over the winter, but would like to get
back into it, especially as I've finally upgraded to 12.04 (after
sticking with 10.04 until now) and feel better able to offer relevant
assistance.

How would I go about reactivating myself?
