IRC Council and team meeting tomorrow (change to prior schedule)

Hi all,
due to the Saturday morning meeting time not being very popular we have 
shifted the next meeting to tomorrow Thursday 9th Feb, 20:00 UTC in the 
#ubuntu-meeting channel as normal.
The agenda is in the customary location at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/IRC/IrcCouncil/MeetingAgenda
feel free to edit it and add items at the end, we have a few deferred 
from the last meeting that we will try to get through this time.
