Channel reg rpoblem

Hello,
We're trying to register the channel #ubuntu-ps for the building
process of Palestine LoCo team.
The problem is non of us is authorized to manage the channel needs as
it was already registered by 'mm9' (I don't know him) and thus we
can't continue preparing it. Is there anyway to solve this situation?

I need to get enough power to finish this, my nick is 'ashams'.
