New roles in the Ubuntu IRC team

I, for one, would consider it, even though I wouldn't really consider 
nominating myself as an actual Council member.
I think it's a position 
that could attract more candidates.

I like 
this, although I too worry about getting enough nominees to
sign up for 
the Council positions, regular or vice.
