New operators on #ubuntu-server

Hi all,

After an embarrassingly long process, here's the announcement for our
selection of new #ubuntu-server ops. The new ops are pmatulis
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/pmatulis) and Tm_T
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/JussiKekkonen).

pmatulis is a very active contributor to #ubuntu-server and well
familiar with its workings and culture. Tm_T is an experienced member
of the IRC team and a great addition to any channel's access list.
Together, we believe they will make the #ubuntu-server operators team
stronger.

We had a great turnout of candidates this round, and many good
candidates had to be turned down at this time. We strongly encourage
you to apply again for suitable operator openings as they emerge.
