Call for operators in #ubuntu-server

As a general rule, I'd say that it should be less of "Where can I go be an op" and more of "Here are places I already spend time; I think I'd like to give back to it, so I'll volunteer."
The latter seems a bit more in keeping with the Ubuntu philosophy-- but I'm speaking for myself here, not on behalf of anyone else.
