September 11 IRC Council Meeting CANCELED

Hello Everyone,

Due to some recent things that have come up, we will not be able to
achieve quorum at today's scheduled IRC Council meeting. Therefore, we
have decided to cancel it. We will work on finding a suitable
date/time to reschedule it for, and we will keep subscribers of this
mailing list up-to-date about what when we decide to hold the
rescheduled meeting.
