Core ops meeting

[Chris Oattes]

Jussi has said there is a 70-80% chance of him being able to make 1800 UTC
on Sunday, so I am willing to try and hold the meeting then, if everyone
else is ok with the possibility of it not going ahead if Jussi can't make
it.

Any opinions?
