Mutes in ircd-seven

Hey all, just in case anyone missed it in the global notice, I thought
it might be a good idea to highlight the following from Freenode's
ircd-seven info (http://freenode.net/seven-for-hyperion-users.html):

"Channel mode +q (quiet) is now sent as a separate mode -- hyperion's
translation of +q foo to +b %foo is gone."

Since I know we use quiets for some of the bots and such, please
remember to review those after the deployment of seven (which
supposedly will happen on the 31st).
