heh - I think the solid thought out response in that message deserves
the 2¢ of both. :)

The idea about rotating people through to keep them fresh sounds like an
excellent idea. Sounds like moving into a US gov't setting. (The good parts
of it) Not only would it prevent burn-out which I've been thinking about
some but it will also help keep fresh views coming in. The ops that did an
awesome job come back after a certain period with a fresh view of how best
to handle things.

An idea I'd like to add is opening the discussion of new/return members is
being opened to discussion among other members rather than being discussed
among the ops/ircc only. I know other members have the chance to voice their
stance if they know what's going on but I doubt their opinion is really taken
seriously. If the suggestions Seveas are taken into action, perhaps the UWN
could get involved with the discussion.
