The IRCC can have this position if they want and request that the CC
appoint someone, if not they can remove it from the document. Just let
us know.

Jussi has already emailed the CC about this and the CC member should
be assigned soon (this was not part of the general appointment process
for the core IRCC, so it has not been completed yet).
