OK, glad I'm not the only one!

I wasn't on IRC much for a fairly long while, and now I'm back a bit
more regularly, and feeling a bit out of sync. Seeing anything
permanently op'd in #ubuntu (especially a bot...) still seems odd.

+1 to LjL for volunteering to run a technical -classroom session, and
to the whole idea of more resources for ops.
