Renewed call for nominees - IRC Council

Hi Joseph,

There is nothing mysterious about this. As I said in the email, the CC
simply wanted to try and get some more nominees. Although we had a
few, we didn't have very many in proportion with the size of the
community and we believe that the interests of the IRC community will
be better served by having members taken from a larger pool of people.
We also wanted to emphasise, as Jussi stated, the importance of the
new governance concepts that we are looking for from the IRC Council,
and our belief that this is an exciting time to be involved in taking
forward IRC governance.

I'd encourage everyone to encourage anyone who they feel would be a
good choice for this role to nominate themselves.
