New #kubuntu operators.

I'm not an operator myself, but I've spoken to genii in #ubuntu-offtopic
for a long time, and he's a nice user; abides the CoC, o4o, etc.

As for whether he's operator material or not, I don't know - but as for
a user, nothing to complain about.
