Two logging bots in #ubuntu-us-ga

As far as I know, the IRC team has no power over the locobots. And right
now I'm reading from https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuBots and Matthias
appears to be the owner of these.

Matthias: Please correct me if I'm wrong, but could you please look into
the above? Thanks.
