IrcTeam wikipages / IRC council approval

Argh.  I got my days confused, when I first heard about this meeting time.

Can we move from monday evening 2300 UTC to tuesday evening 2300 UTC?
I've got uni classes then on monday, but am free from 2300 (for the rest
of the day, almost), on the tuesday.  I'll be slightly late, as my class
finishes at 2300, and it'll take me a bit to get to the university
library, and login there.

Seveas, if you want to make meeting times that are in the middle of
australian day, please clear it with me first if you want me to be there
- - i have work and uni.
