Regarding IRC Bots

It recently came up that the following issue is present in the bots.

<Mez> !support-#ubuntuforums-beginners is <reply> This channel is for
the Ubuntu Beginners Transitioning team. While we'll be glad to help
you, you may find better luck in #ubuntu or one of the more specialised
support channels.
<ubotu> Error: I am only a bot, please don't think I'm intelligent :)

I had a look through the code and realised that there was this line..

		if len(text[:text.find('is')]) > 15:
                        irc.error("I am only a bot, please don't think
I'm intelligent :)")


This excludes the above factoid. 

Seveas, can you do anything about that?
