10:11 -!- Irssi: Banning Cyorxamp from #ubuntu with hostname
          87.113.26.167.bbplus.pte-ag1.dyn.plus.net

What is our options with this user? I would rather not have what
happened wednesday night happen again. For people that dont know he
was in every channel including #ubuntu-women alot of these channels we
have no control over -meeting -women -bugs and so on. the 3 people i
know of with ops in -bugs were not around at the time. He is using a
proxy to get around the bans, A strong feeling/heard from him. seeing
as i had to ban him in #ubuntu i would say this is a good guess. Is
there anything we can do other than keep banning him as that will make
our ban list a bit long. Any ideas?
