Note that if you want to stop mass join/parts then you'll want to set it to +r
(lowercase), which restricts non-registered members from joining the channel,
and instead redirects them to #ubuntu-unregged (if /mode #ubuntu +f
#ubuntu-unregged is set).
In fact, +R wouldn't do anything in this context (i.e. it doesn't use +f at
all), since +R only restricts registered members from *talking* in the
current channel. It still allows them to join, so it wouldn't redirect them
to #ubuntu-unregged at all.
