Some time ago (possibly a few months ago, I don't remember exactly),
Lilo /msg ed me, and several oher ops, asking us to allow responsible tor
users. I suppose the difficulty is telling which ones ...

The network had a "no tor" policy for a while - does anyone know what the
current policy is?
