Ok, this is not cool. Cody was not "whining". I have been having
serious reservations about how quick we are to ban people and the
response when they come to -ops to get themselves unbanned. Some of
our behaviour towards them is rude, tbh. I also happen to know I am
not the only person thinking this. Yes, IRC ops is a hard job, but we
should not forget our essential humanity and reasoning behind Ubuntu.
