Reviewers for ubiquity MRs/LP 1898129 and 1895351

Looking for reviewers to merge requests for ubiquity (and
/partman-crypto) in LP 1895351 [1]  and LP 1898129 [2], now that
Groovy is out and Hirsute is open.
