Well, here running in a VM I get a complete iowait and 100% cpu on the
host. With a 16GB VM disk it's 3-4 minutes.
I wonder is something more clever can be done to avoid a complete dd.
Something like:
* iterate lvs, lvremove each one
* iterate vgs, vgremove each one
* iterate block devices, pvremove each one

As that's what's tripping the installer.
