[Maverick] linux kernel 2.6.35-11.16 uploaded (ABI bump)

We have uploaded a new Maverick linux kernel.  This kernel has the M686
kernel config option enabled and is also built with the updated
compiler.  The full changelog can be found at:

Note, we'll be uploading 2.6.35-12.17 momentarily which will bring us up
to date with the latest 2.6..35-rc6 mainline kernel.
