[Maverick] linux kernel 2.6.35-8.13 uploaded (ABI bump)

We have uploaded a new Maverick linux kernel.  This kernel primarily
rebases us with the most recent 2.6.35-rc5 mainline kernel.  Please note
the ABI bump:
