Firefox icon in ubiquity-slideshow

I finally, finally got a javascript-based reflection working in
ubiquity-slideshow, and have pushed a branch demonstrating it working
with the Firefox icon.  As mentioned in firefox.html, we need to
source the Firefox icon from the running system, rather than a copy
included in our package as it prevents Ubuntu-based distributions that
include Abrowser instead of Firefox from having to ship their own
slideshow package.
