how to decrease ubiquity installing step??

Hello ubuntu-installer team.

I'm try to decrease step for installing system.
Installer I need is

1.booting from cd/dvd
2.run in liveCD mode and show only Partioning step then install system.
3.Language,time zone is automatic choose (or configure by me) and not
show these window.

So. Where is the variable,argument,configuration file or method to
complete that I want.
