Where to change background image in only-ubiquity mode?

You'll need to create your own ubuntu-wallpapers package, replacing
/usr/share/backgrounds/warty-final-ubuntu.png with your custom image.
Next, replace the version of ubuntu-wallpapers on an Ubuntu CD with
this package, following the instructions at
<https://help.ubuntu.com/community/LiveCDCustomization>.
