About the RTL fix for ubiquity and ubiquity-slideshow

Just a heads up -

I've fixed RTL support in ubiquity using roughly the same method as
the one you describe above, upon realizing that gtkmain.c in
libgtk+2.0 does this.  As the GNOME language packs are not all
installed on the live CD, I've imported that particular msgid into
ubiquity.  It's bzr revno 3628 in lp:~ubuntu-installer/ubiquity/lucid,
if you're curious of the finer details.

I've also added support for passing #rtl to the slideshow (bzr revno
3630 in the same branch).  However, this currently leads to a broken
translation for RTL languages.  Something in the stack is causing a
failure and the slideshow appears untranslated when #rtl is present.
I can reproduce this using /usr/lib/webkit-1.0-2/libexec/GtkLauncher
