[lucid] linux-mvl-dove kernel 2.6.32-701.2 uploaded (ABI bump)

We have just uploaded a new Lucid linux-mvl-dove kernel.  This kernel
is now rebased to Ubuntu-2.6.31-17.53.  Note the ABI bump:
