Just in time for 2.6.27

Or is 2.6.27 just in time for Intrepid? At any rate, kernel freeze is a
week from today. I've uploaded 2.6.27-7.10 tonight which is based on the
final 2.6.27. Any changes between now and the next (and hopefully final)
upload before release will require SRU class scrutiny. That means 2
signatories on all but the most trivial changes.

Installer folks, note the ABI bump.

The Intrepid kernel has been rebased for the final time. Subsequent
upstream updates, such as those from the next 2.6.27.y stable tree, will
be cherry-picked in order.
